As the Seattle Seahawks close out the regular season this Sunday and battle for a NFC West Division title, we unveil our final ‘True Competitor’ video of 2012.
In this video, WinForever founder and Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll sat down with us and talked about what it truly means to win forever and what we continue to do.
Carroll is often asked what’s better, competing or winning. His answer is simple: “Competing by far, because competing lasts forever,” Carroll exclaims. “The wins and losses come and go, but it’s the effort to continue to strive to be the best you can be.”
Everyone has beliefs, but at WinForever, we’re looking to help people go through the process of self-discovery to discover what exactly they are. “I think the really important thing is to go through the process of nailing what your beliefs are, and making you bring them to the surface—and actually writing them down,” Carroll says. “Once you do that, you’re forced to make a commitment.”
At WinForever, we want to do things better than it’s ever been done before.
“We’re just scratching the surface, I think we’ve just tapped into this connection of helping people improve,” Carroll concludes. “There’s really nothing to stop us as long as the love is here, the passion is here.”
