Pete Carroll on the Power of Vision

“The power of vision is extraordinary,” Pete Carroll told the hundreds of guests in attendance.
If you do something with your world—whether in business, coaching or family life, Coach asks how you would want it to go? “What would it be like if I was a great brother to my brother now,” Carroll suggested.
If you jot those thoughts down, your vision will begin to stem from that.
After you’ve written them down, now “it’s just about staying connected to it,” Carroll exclaimed. “That’s where the coach comes in—we keep you connected to the vision until it comes true for you.”
